Shippingrates:
The shippingrates From the Netherlands  are based on the total  weight of the parcel.
There are three different rates:
2 Kg - 5 Kg -and 10 Kg

We ship our products with track & trace.

Or the package can be sent insured at an additional cost.

If the packaging is severely damaged on arrival, you can refuse the package or have the delivery person put a note about this in his delivery report.

In case of minor or invisible damage on the outside but the product does have damage, 

we ask you to cooperate with the handling.

in that case, the insurance asks for a damage report to be drawn up by sending us the local carrier who delivered the product to you accompanied by photos of the item, the outside of the packaging, the inside and the packaging material.

In order to save the environment, we use recycled packaging material as much as possible.
