If, despite our care, it happens that an article still has damage,
it is of great importance to report this damage to us immediately by means of photos.

Buyers are responsible for possible customs and import duties. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

When you are not satisfied with a product for another reason,

Sooo Vintage processes personal data. If you use our webshop, you provide us with a number of personal data that are necessary for correct business administration.
To this end, we process the following personal data:

2. Why do we ask for personal data?
Our Vintage shop processes your personal data for the following purposes:
Processing orders and payments,
Supplying products,
Sending newsletters and offers,

Sooo Vintage will not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to guarantee the service.

1. All prices are in euros, including VAT.
2. characteristics, dimensions and properties are mentioned with the article in question.
we do our best to describe the vintage items as well as possible and to name any defects.
however, it may happen that the customer is more critical on some points, we would therefore kindly ask you, if the description is not complete, to ask questions about the product via the contact form
2. order
after placing an item in the shopping cart, you will be asked to enter your details and confirm your order. then choose the payment method (Ideal, Bancontact or PayPal) to complete the order
3. Confirmation
if your e-mail address is entered correctly, you will receive an e-mail within 24 hours as confirmation of your order with what you have ordered. if you have not received an e-mail with order confirmation, your order has not been received. Please contact us.
4. payment
the total amount can be transferred via Ideal, Bancontact, bank transfer or by PayPal
5. shipping information
1. As soon as the payment is received, we will ship your purchase within 1 - 3 working days.
2. for parcel post goods within the Netherlands, applicable shipping costs are calculated (per post.nl or DHL parcel sent)  
3. We send the barcode of the package so that the customer can track the package and know exactly when it will be delivered. Post.nl or DHL parcel delivers parcel post within the Netherlands usually within 1 to 2 working days.
4. right of withdrawal and return
1. you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 calendar days after receipt with a statement of reason.
you will then receive the order amount including shipping costs after receipt of the item within 5 days
the costs for returning shipment from you to the webshop are for your own account.
if you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered t

accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to ourvintageshop (see return address) are returned.
