Very cute House of Nisbet, Weston-Super-Mare, branded mohair bear with a red dress, a red bow and gold colored necklace. Designed by Yetta Carol Lynn Rossel Waugh. A limited edition, made in England and numbered: PA reg No 410 - World Edition of 5000 - This is Number 3695. 
Beautiful bear from 1990, original label included. It is mostly bought as a collector's item, not as a toy. The teddybear is in a good vintage condition, see pictures. The pictures are part of the description.
